Thanks my friends. Funny thing is I had a couple drinks, a beer, and wasn't really trying other than to keep overall calories in check. Today will be the challenge, off to a picnic/cookout with the family, I'll do the best I can but I see a burger, a couple beers, and maybe some chicken in my future for this afternoon. Hope everyone has a great day, happy Father's day to all the dads.
