Didn't exercise yesterday, took a break. It's not my weigh in day but what the hay, not going to let a drop to a new low go unrecorded. Happy Sunday everyone!

Funny thing is I had 2 beers and nine (yes I said NINE!!) pieces of pizza Friday at a retirement party. So now I'm gonna do the pizza and beer diet, anybody with me?? Seriously I think my body needed a change to shake things up. Don't freak on the pizza...they were the small sqaure pieces similar to Ledo's. And they were gooood!

I read in your profile that you're trying to avoid bypass surgery and just wanted to say that you're doing great. If you can avoid surgery, it's always the best way to go. I admire how you check in every day and your the honesty of your reporting.

I am looking at your weight loss history and I see the steady trend downward. There is a strange looking upward "sprout" at one point on the chart. Did you weigh yourself 3 times on one day? Just wondering.

@ Authorwriter: I'm hoping that my lifestyle changes will make the surgery unnecessary. My left coronary artery looks good and that's the most critical one. I'll have another nuclear stress test either the summer or next year. As for being honest, I lied to myself for years about what I ate and the effects of it. Look where it got me. It takes time and effort to log food/activity in and participate here, I figure there's really no purpose of making the effort to do that and not being honest with it. @ Teacher Try: My start weight of 252 lbs went back to April 2012 when I first joined this site but I never did anything, didn't even log back in until May 1 of this year. At that time I weighed 254, a few days went by and I tried to reset my start weight but guess I didn't do it correctly, that's why I have that strange looking "sprout" in my weight chart. I decided to just leave it alone before I make it look even stranger.
