My wife and I had a fantastic Valentines Day. It was just the two of us all day. We drove to a nearby city and had seafood for lunch. When we returned home, we went for a nice walk and got in our steps. When we finished our walk we ate again, had dessert, ate some chocolate covered nuts and retired early. All total, I ate 2378 calories or 132% of goal but met all activity goals. Yesterday wasn't my best diet day but a wonderful Valentines Day...
