This is my lowest weight on my journey. I've seen this number back in October and then I took my eyes of the prize.
I am human. This however, doesn't give me the right to give more power to my excuses. I will instead, fuel the reasons and boldly move forward.

Nice Ches...Water weight comes and goes but intentional & effective diet coupled with some activity to keep our lean mass will change our fundamental body comp...looking forward to seeing Ches 2.x in the New Year!!
