what?! too good not to report. i mean, there are times i absolutely will not weigh in ... one is the day after a weight lifting workout ... typically all numbers are high due to water retention, etc. ... and the second would be the day after a weigh in ... but i broke that rule. could be an aberration ... but i like living in delusion. so, in order to make fantasy a reality ... i.e. keep the weight off and going lower ... need to recommit ... every day.
seeing it really charges me up again ... so today's calorie burn:
