I've just this morning decided that 3 weeks of strict keto is on the menu. So I'm sitting here eating strawberries drowning in cream for lunch! I'm hoping 3 weeks will be enough to tip a decent weight loss, as I've put on weight recently. Sometimes on keto I lose a heap of weight, sometimes none at all. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
