Hi, I'm not long back on FS and checking up on buddies. It would be nice to read an updated journal. I hope you are doing well and that your MS is under good control. Also your weight. You seem to be a good place with that. Hope to read a journal soon or even just a wee comment on mine. I've had some major life changes but doing okay with weight. I hope life is treating you well.
