It seems I am stuck at this weight. Honestly, not been staying close to me diet. I have been all over so I really can not complain about no loss.
I must get back on track though, before I start putting weight back on that will lead to a big derailment. I really do not know why I stopped following program. I think it began with simple day that I did not prepare my foods. Not sure if that is really the case.
I think my body just really likes this weight but my mind does not!
