Ugh. Totally capsized yesterday. I can't ever seem to be satisfied with just going a little bit off my diet. There's no "ok, you ate a couple pieces of bread, best stop there." No, no, for me it's "ok, you ate a couple pieces of bread, best eat that donut too." Sigh. It's hard not to feel discouraged and angry at myself. But it's another day, another chance to put the right foot forward.
