oh boy no loss BUT no gain!
need look over my food entries see where I might have strayed. it is ok this is a journey
on positives I have been steady with my exercise and I can see it in my clothes. they fit better. I am happy with that but for me the reward is in the number.
I keep the mantra in my head " eat when you are hungry stop when you are full". I know several times I was full but continued to finish anyway. there is a difference between feeling full and satisfied. I guess at that time,if you can, should stop and think why do I want that extra slice, bite piece? I am told good strategy is walk away and many times you return in 5 minutes and you no longer want that extra.

Mouth hunger is a killer! How many times has my stomach said enough but my mouth says lets have some more. I usually listened to my mouth and that's why I'm here.

Something to try would be to chew much more slowly, and much longer.... and a drink of water in between bites.... this is what I've been trying to do... it takes be aware of it 100% of the time while eating, and not just stuffing it in, or talking during, or doing anything else....
