That sounds like a good strategy! Have you done the fasting before? I might try it as well, as long as it doesn't make you feel too weak.

The first time I did it was last Friday. I ate dinner at about 6 pm. So I fasted from 7 pm friday to 7 pm saturday. On Saturday I walked around the public market for 1.5 hours without a hitch. I had no headache, no weakness, no starvation. I had 2 cups of bone broth at about 4 pm and that helped A LOT! I drank lots of water. Then at 7:01 i ate eggs LOL...I wasn't starving but ready to eat. So I am going to try it again! I had read that you will have moments of sudden big hunger and I did at noon and 3 pm and 6 pm (like normal eating times) and then it did pass. I just kept busy.

You will begin to define pattern hunger and body hunger. I still have times when my body signals hunger at given times, but when I go to eat, body says, "Nope!"

Good plan. I love fasting and I love Dr. Jason Fung. I even dreamed I was dating him, and hubby (who drove me to the date) had to circle the mansion because Dr. Fung was too busy to come out and greet me. LOL
