Not too bothered by the scale this morning as I've not been tracking properly and know I will improve as Spring approaches. Still doing IF about 5 days a week though so I think that's helping to minimise damage. Also only managed 1 hour of exercise on Monday morning, which felt great - but didn't motivate me to do more the rest of the week.
If I can stay below 66 until Summer I'll be happy and if I can somehow get down to something like 62 before Christmas it would be amazing, but not gonna put any pressure on for the next few weeks and still deciding if I want to lower my goal weight or if I'm happy where I am.
