I like buying those $1 bags of cereal. I haven't been able to enjoy them for quite some time, but they're cheaper than the full boxes and give more of a variety.

Yannick, that doesn't even look good. If I were going to carb load, it would involve ice cream.

Msbugg. Who said icecream wasn't involved? We're taling an 800 grams of carb day. Tough to do with carrots.

A daughter of a co-worker is a bodybuilder and does the extreme version of this diet. She told her mom that either she feels like she's starving or feels like it's Thanksgiving day and is stuff. She doesn't enjoy either. I simply can't do the extreme cut. My calories over a week are 100 calories over maintenance. It's survivable, though the huge carb day is a difficult one to get through. I used to love feeling stuffed and believed that was the way should always feel. I don't like the 'stuffed' feeling anymore, though I enjoy the choices. It's also a good way for me to get all the temptation out of the way and move forward. Good call on the dishes though.

I remember those little boxes and the thought of them makes me smile, but not as much as your picture of you enjoying the adult size box!

Hi everyone, I've been on a LCHF diet for about a year and have lost 20 lbs. I'm a member of dietdoctor.com but am having a hard time finding a doctor in north Texas that will support my diet. I am doing the intermittent fasting of 18-20 hrs without food and one meal a day. Of course I'm drinking bouillon in the morning with coconut oil. I also eat 3-5 fat bullets before I go to bed, this keeps me satisfied all night. Right now I seem to have reach a plato and my scale is going up and down a pound weekly.
I don't do carb loading because I'm a diabetic, but have gotten off insulin and glimepiride now only take the metformin. My sugar is around 120 in the morning and drops to around 80 till I eat and I keep my carbs less than 20 daily.
Any one else on this type diet?
