Pizza, pizza! This is resulted from not having groceries in the house and eating what's handy. The daily average over the month is a little over 700 kcal per day, so I suppose that is why I'm hanging in under 240. I don't quite get what is happening or why. I am confident that my glycogen stores are refilled, so 239 must be my weight with all the water on board. I no longer have lower extremity edema, pulmonary edema, or periorbital edema, so the cardiovascular improvements are solid. Stalled due to pizza.

Pizza is definitely a downfall, and one of my favorite foods. Sounds like your overall health is getting way better so stable is absolutely good.

Maybe your body is just resetting after all the fasting. I think the plateaus are part of the process. Hang in there, my friend!

I am hanging in there. I post my pic on facebook every Monday with my current weight. I am on a mission to whoosh down to 237 by Monday morning. 236 would be better.
