That 5 day fast netted a 9 lb loss. 7 days fasted on even numbered weekdays netted a 6 lb loss. There was a day off plan after the 7 that was corrected with a single day fasting. I want to rethink things. I have been doing 36:12. It's obvious to me that longer periods of fasting are more effective. Not only that, but the single day fasts are getting to be a drag.

@kes, doing R&D. Have a cruise coming up next month. Being alert and pain free are good reasons to leave the starches off my plate. @Phil, rewatching Fung videos is my new hobby.
