Planned fast failed because I didn't drink enough water, tea, coffee, seltzer to keep my minds off of food, lol. Will resume next week.

Guys and Gals, I am in it to win it. My mind is been wrapped up in this 1/2 marathon I've got in 3 days. I love when I peek at my weight log since January and will step it up after Sunday. Thanks all for your support as always. The garlic bread I shoved in my face last night when wife wasn't looking or the single French fry I hid under my salad had no calories in it I swear, LOL. I logged it and it wasn't a blow out meal/day

Thanks Warren. My goal is to complete it. No time pressure. I am NOT a runner...any more. I ran the 100M when I was 145 lbs and fast back in HS. Now I a just fat getting slimmer and faster.

Ches, I was a sprinter in HS, and ran hurdles in college. I was a great, white hope. lol
