What do you mean by placeholder weight and deloading? I'm guessing it may be similar to what I'm doing, just with different terminology.

Rusty, in taking a break from lifting to let my system rest. 5 days. Placeholder just means that while I'm carving up in weighing myself. Watching calories only. Hcb... could be too low in calls. I'm going to start lifting again on Wednesday. I'll lock in at 2800 calories a week and see if my weight is dropping. If it is I've been deprived.(poor me!)
