Welcome home! Congratulations on staying LC while you were gone!!
We head out to Miami tomorrow for the special Neurosurgeon appointment on Friday.

USUALLY, when we go to Miami, we splurge and go to a dance schmancy restaurant and share each others'choices...going to stick to LC this time...so I'm thinking... STEAKHOUSE, perhaps?? Overeating on calories is going to be a concern for me too... ESPECIALLY now that I am set on 1250 calories a day.
It's so weird, that when I weighed 100 pounds more, I could eat 600-800 more calories a day AND STILL lose quickly. The closer I get to goal weight, the more I have to watch my intake. DAMN SCIENCE.... LOLOLOLOL!!😉🙃
