Here we go! Last 7 days of the recomp start today, with legs. Glycogen stores are full (hence the sudden weight gain). 2 weeks from now there will be a big drop due to glycogen depletion, followed by the grind back down to 165 lbs.

Next week. Going to take 2 days off from the gym after the final day of the recomp, test all 3 lifts in one day like I'm at a meet, and then take 2 more days off before beginning the next cut phase.

2 days off from the gym sounds like torture. I'm done with bulk and cut. Did you post photos of your latest cut results?

Nice. I am looking forward to a nice summer "lean bulk"... Getting tired of having to nap between reps...

NM, Haven't posted pictures because the cut is still ongoing. The past 6 weeks haven't been a bulk exactly, more of a high calorie re-vamp for my body to refill the muscle bellies and make the final 6-8 weeks of the cut go smoother.

I'm trying that approach too. Eating to keep things filled, but cutting enough to lose weight over all. Calorie cycling. JP is doing the same thing.
