Managed only 2 hours of exercise this week and only 12 for the month instead of my target of 16, but I'm positive for this new month. Far less public holidays to throw me out of my routine. The cooler weather is making it a bit harder to get up at 6:45, but I might move my workouts to the evenings then. Lots of veggie soup on the menu.

Thats a great achievement Niki, well done!
I had to read twice to see 6.45 :) I wake up for gym at 4.20, the mornings are already getting cold but we have to stay motivated.
