Things have changed, and quite substantially. Sounds like a lot of lean muscle mass, congrats. Losing weight is one thing, getting in shape is another; you have nailed both.

Puppy has been trimmed to get rid of the singed hair. She's my baby. If she had arms I'm sure she'd have them around me all the time. She's one of these dogs that can't get close enough to you. Not enough to sit and be petted, she likes to squeeze between the knees and push her head against your leg while being scratched.

Great Work...it's more shaving off fat now than cutting, very slow process. 5'11" 190lbs @12% <golf clap>

Wow that's interesting you are 190 at 32 inch and were 170 at 32 inch. Are you way more muscular now?

@ny_shelly: lifting weights and gaining muscle mass should not include gaining fat around the mid-section.

Very nice NM!! Anyone over the age of 45 who is under 15% is in a very select crowd, even more and more select (by many degrees) with every 1% below that. Hat's off to you, well done!!

12%...I can appreciate the work you put in to achieve this number. Been there once myself. (20 years ago) Stay with it.

@ny_shelly. I hit 10% two summers ago. I was then 165. This time 10% should be at around 182. :)
