@Glen. Anything. It's one of the reasons I don't believe in New Years Resolutions. If it's important enough to do, it's important enough to start it today. @Steven. I agree. Not gaining is a win. I have the hardest time in the fall. It's like the body just wants to pack on the weight. I know know if the glut of free berries has anything to do with it. :)

:) Thanks, Kathy. @Brenda. 10% should be somewhere between 180 and 182. That's the goal at this point. I'll go for a lean bulk then and try to keep it between 10 and 13% consistently. That's the plan anyway.
