Well not real happy but not sad about weight loss. Went down but not significantly. I wanted to say to a person who was asking about weight scales or portions. It is easier if you know portion sizes by rules of thumbs. i.e. meat. The size of a deck of cards. or you can use the portions that are on the labels. Of course, (actually talking to myself) only eat when you are hungry and do things to step up your metabolism. Drink ACV Braggs apple cider vinegar two tbsps every morning. Works for me. Query this on Pinterest ... smoothies or detox drinks. We have to make sure our liver is working to help give us energy and not overwork and store the extra as FAT ... strictly speaking as a fat person.
