Thanks. Pain is no fun. My next interval training is today. Lessons learned from last 2 sessions. I will slow my pace during the sprints and have my fingers crossed that the pain doesn't return else I know to slow it down even further. I am even more glad I don't have that pain during my day to day activities.

I found a great - at your desk - stretch for my sciatica and I have done a few rounds yesterday and today. I also experienced minimal pain during my interval training yesterday. Happy camper.
