This cannot be right
Ihave been exercising both cardio and weights. Did well on diet. Just don't get it!
I am frustrated today
170.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you drank a lot of water give it a day two. You might be holding onto water. Eat less salt and drink more water :)

Sounds goob maybe not drinking enough. I will not panic ;) Maybe see if I can reduce my carbs...

I had a similar experience this morning! It's so frustrating to improve your diet and exercise and still gain weight. I hope for better results next time :)
