Okay, so that's pretty clear that 2500 is maintenance. My plan is to make it through to the New Year about this weight.
I imagine I'll see a bit of a fluctuation toward the end of the week, but it's just three of us for Christmas and the meals are planned. A couple of bad things (I'm making a batch of cinnamon buns to take to work on Wed - the last day the store is open before Christmas and I will gift the remainder to other people there) and probably a pie on Christmas day. Lemon meringue. (Is there another kind?) Otherwise it will be turkey and veggies and stuffing. I'll pass on the stuffing.
