That should be about the end of the water weight. Feeling okay on reduced calories, but I'm unsure exactly where maintenance would be, so I'm ballparking that at 2800 calories. Sticking to 2400 for a couple of weeks or so to get an idea of how hard I'm cutting. I don't want to hit it too hard. Peter Gabriel
