not really on track and it shows. started exercise weights and walking which is good. need to add journaling my food. my biggest weakness eating at night think that must be my focus. those are my goals for the upcoming week
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
