I continue to bounce around in the 137 to 138 range. My average calories per week have been around 1900. I tend to hit around 2000 on workout days (3 days a week), partially because I eat an extra 200 calorie snack mid workout. My "lunch" on those days is a protein shake with something to chew on the side. My desserts after dinner have tended to be a little higher calorie....often a combination of a couple of things like a cookie & an Italian Ice or a couple of pieces of chocolate. So.....I have to decide....do I want to continue eating this same way, or do I want to shave off a few lbs.? Just watching the desserts could make a difference.
I did get in my 3 Gym workouts this past week. My pinky is still tender, so I've had to work around that. I skipped a couple of arm exercises on Wed. but Friday, I used kettle bells instead of dumbbells cause I could grip them.
I spent a few hours outside Thursday raking & cleaning in the front yard. If I do more of that on my "rest" days, I'll burn more calories....and my yard will start to look better, too 😊 I was thinking I'd work outside today. It is sunny, but the highs are supposed to be in the 50's & windy. I have been puttering around inside rearranging decor for Easter/Spring. We have had a lot of rainy overcast days & I'm less motivated on those.
Yesterday started out rainy, so I decided to check out a new series on Netflix. There went my afternoon 😏 I watched 6 (half hour) episodes of "One Day". If I want to accomplish anything today, I better do it before I watch any TV!
With the time change, things will already be a little wonky. I slept in this morning....need to decide what breakfast is going to be.
