I wasn't really expecting this drop. I'll take it. It would appear I've got the calories right even though I'm working a new job that has me on my feet all day. I'll just stay the course at 2000 calories. The employer has agreed to work around my teaching schedule and they're great people to work for. I couldn't be happier. (Well, maybe if I won the lotto... which I never play.)

To some degree, cr. But I've added 300 calories and that should be close. I think it's just faith.

By faith I mean that I knew while I was in Vernon I hadn't eaten above maintenance and that I had eaten within by calorie goes since I returned. The number that said I had gained weight had to be incorrect. I had faith that my eating habits would return me to a better weight and that the gain was simply from something other than calories and that they would eventually disappear. It's good to have a history and know it works, even when a couple of weeks heavier than "I should be" were apparent. Hope that helps the person who PMd me.
