I bet so! You're going great getting back to before vacation weight! I've upped my calories just a bit, focusing more on muscle growth (while keeping my eye on fat %) for the time being. I'm trying to find maintenance intake and eat just above that for max muscle building while not gaining too much fat. Lean bulk. I figure that after I gain more muscle mass & get my metabolism up, the fat will be easier to lose. 🤷♀️
