fighting a head cold which showed up yesterday. confirmed after having to take diphenhydramine to sleep. so, will be taking my cold and flu cure; nutritional yeast, lemon juice, Ginger juice, cayenne pepper in water; (don't have any grapefruit juice or pineapple juice which I usually use.) and also clove of garlic in mouth for over 15 min, then eating garlic on whole wheat sprouted bread & ghee.
Mild symptoms of eye infection too, so I'll be using fresh aloe vera juice IN my eye for that.
