well as always, im up a little after the weekend. I was in a snow plow all weekend and ate very little. I even took my protein shakes and apples and oranges with me so I wasn't temped to eat fast food. then only bad thing I did was had a few (3)adult beverages for a birthday get together Friday night. Took a quick break for a few hours yesterday to go play in the snow. we took the ranger out and pulled each other around on sled. watch a friend try to snow board down a hill out in a field. Now that was funny. until she realized how may rocks where under the snow. ouch. :0 my jeans are still fitting a little looser. (not much) but I can tell some difference. as long as this is taking I normally am down by sizes. I'm not giving up but need to do something different.
