The weight slowly drips off as I regain muscle and lose fat. I have to work on building my right calf muscles without stressing my plantar fascia rupture. I've built up small supporting muscles in my foot, so I can do some calf raises; I already do some in Pilates plie squats. I'll do more.
Today is my day off from the gym, and I'm baking cookies to take to a meeting tomorrow. Healthy cookies, lol!

Hey there! so glad your knee is so much better you are back to "doing your thing!" I just noticed the See's Candies in your food diary - OMG. I l;ove See's....LOL, I always order a box at Christmas time and splurge on them!

My food diary can be really embarrassing, but I do try to be as accurate and honest as possible. See's is awesome, for sure! I've been trying my hand at making my own chocolates. For Valentine's Day, I made dark chocolate hearts with chopped dried cherries and hemp hearts in them; delicious!
