Been tracking well this week with only one cheat meal so far today - cheesecake - but had it instead of lunch so not too terrible. Lots of fruit although fruit cake from Christmas is still on the dessert menu, but really small slices with a smidge of custard. Also managed 3 hour-long workouts this week. Not too bad.
