That will do it! I am up a little this morning but I am getting back into my normal routines and Friday nights for me are two dirty martnini's! I always go up on the scale becasue of the salt from the olives but by Monday usually back to normal and by Friday's weigh in at the gym I am usually on track. Have to enjoy life a little too!

I enjoy the flavor of a good beer, but rarely drink these days. Way too many calories and I like how feel when I’m drinking until the next day! 🤪 Not good for me either due to my Diabetes 2 anyway 🤷🏼♀️
