Still maintaining. Have eaten out at Spur last week and still having mince pies and fruit cake every day so I guess that's good, but I'm expecting a spike any day now. Did manage an hour workout this morning though - only did one session last week. Maybe christmas shopping in the busy shops and all the housework I've been doing is burning a bit.
