A 300g loss. I'll say what most of the weightloss youtubers I watch - who haven't put in all the effort or done all the things they set out to that week say - 'It is what it is!' ;)
The scale said 67kg on Monday, which is a good thing because it means I did well over the weekend, but then that must have lulled me into a false sense of security thinking I would have a loss this week. So - I didn't go for as many walks as I could have and didn't drink all the water I should have. A slightly busy week is my excuse, but I feel like it's been productive none-the-less.
Calories were not too bad so there is still hope and next week could be a much better loss. I haven't hit my 30 different plant foods a week target either because we had a stew that's lasting forever so I'll try to eat some more veg this weekend.
And we are going for a walk this morning and I'll try to go for another one both Saturday and Sunday - although it's frosty there are clear blue skies so that's great.
So glad it's Friday today. I'm going to a poetry jam tonight with a live three piece band accompanying the poets so looking forward to that! I had no excuse not to go because it's less than 10 minutes away and although I'm missing 40 minutes of the start I'm hoping the last 2 hours are good.

I enjoy the 30 plant food challenge! A few flakes of chili in the stew would count, or slice some mushrooms. Its great fun getting creative to make up the numbers!

It's to help maintain a healthy gut biome, Suma. Aim to eat 30 different plant based food every week. Tea, coffee, seeds, herbs all count.

Did you know that each different type of seed in a seed mix counts as a separate plant, Nikina? That helps me get closer to the target!!

Yup, I've been meaning to get a bag of Omega seed mix, Anne_145, but haven't gotten around to it yet. So far it's just ground flaxseed, cinnamon and cardamom added to my oats.
