bri293's Journal, 14 November 2014

This week I’m down a total of 1.6 pounds, I like that! I feel like I’m finally hitting more of a rhythm with my weight loss. I have a mini goal of reaching 150 by Thanksgiving, and that gives me almost 2 weeks to do it. That would be 1.1 pounds each week, very doable if I stay focused. My goal this weekend: some type of loss, no gain Monday morning!

No big plans this weekend, going to try to continue to be productive and finish going through the house clearing things out that we don’t need/want anymore. Too much “junk” sitting around and I’m tired of it. I’ve been pretty good at clearing some of my stuff out the past couple weekends, but the boyfriend is a bit of a pack rat, haha. Seems to think that everything has a use or he’ll want some day, even though it hasn’t been used or worn since we moved in together a couple years ago. Just sits there taking up space (luckily we have a lot of closets in the house). Hopefully I can convince him to part with some of it this weekend. I want to be all done with my “fall/winter cleaning” by Thanksgiving, so I can just enjoy the holiday season in a clutter free house.

Hope you all have a good weekend! :)
