Gym Day. Upped the weight on my last set on the Seated press by 15 lbs. (next level) Did well on the Treadmill & upped the incline even more at the end. My left knee locked up on me getting up off the mat doing stretches/ exercises 🙄 I have to be careful...not first time. Hubby was watching me while he was doing his own exercises on the mat. He was smiling & I asked why...says I look like a chipmunk when I'm blowing out my breath 🐿 OK....
Tomorrow is supposed to be rainy. Sunday the duo we really liked in the Spring at the Winery is performing. I told Hubby...gonna encourage him to go. We haven't been in awhile.
