Only had 1,113 calories yesterday. I usually eat lunch between 11-11:30, but we were at the Pumpkin Patch during that time, so I didn't get lunch until 2:30, then I was too full to have dinner at my usual 4pm, so I skipped it and the late-night toast/butter. Ate entirely too much stew for lunch yesterday, cutting back on the portion today.
Weight still the same this morning. If I don't lose any more by tomorrow's weigh-in, I will only have lost 0.6 pounds for the week. Hoping to keep my calories in the 1,200-1,300 range again today to give myself more chance for a loss.
There were two very nice guys working at the hayride yesterday, who held my hands to help me walk up the stairs onto the hayride, and walk back down yesterday. Usually, I just have to stand and wait while my twin friends take my grandson on it. I was standing there, watching them all get on, and the guy said, "Are you getting on?" I told him I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to get back down the stairs to get off (nothing on the sides to hold onto). He said, "Oh, we'll make sure you can get off," and they did. But, the last step was about 4" steeper than the others, so I kinda jarred my knee. Thankfully, it was my (sorta) "good" knee. The hayride was VERY bumpy, and it really hurt my back, but no lasting pain today, thank the Lord.
Ok, have a happy Lord's Day. If you're debating on whether or not to go to church, go! I pray you'll receive a blessing for your attendance!
