I was bad this weekend. Really bad. Not sure what spurred it but I felt hungry the whole time and I ate a lot and didn’t make good choices. Tried to stay active but was a lot less active than I normally am on the weekends. I’m actually shocked that the scale didn’t go up more than it did. Hopefully it will drop back down quickly as I get back on track this week.
Today is cold and I have that blah Monday feeling. Why do weekends go so fast???

It must be in the air. Bad Monday for me too. You'll be fine, .6 isn't the end of the world. Just get back on track and you'll be fine.
