I had a tough workout yesterday which looks like it finally shook my weight down. My weight loss drop intervals appear to be getting longer so I think overall my weight loss is slowing a bit.
My workout consisted of 30 minutes on the Jacob's Ladder which kicked my butt. It was also pretty boring. After that I did 10 minutes on the inclined elliptical followed by 5 minutes on the treadmill and finished up with a fast pace 3 minutes back on the ladder.
After my workout I took my wife to lunch. It was a gorgeous day to be out. Was pretty good on my diet but a little high on the carbs. Overall a good day.
