this is the result of 3 days with a bad cold. I've been trying to eat right but 3 days without doing any activity makes me feel worse. at least I didn't gain weight which is a good thing..

thanks, 4 days out was enough for me, today I did 20 minutes of HIIT cardio and it was hard still but I feel better than doing nothing.

it's tough when we are sick. you will be feeling better in no time. sometimes exercise automatically makes us feel better/get better when we are sick (at least in my mind it does) good luck, you will be back to normal in no time!
