Feeling good today, and so glad it's Friday! Need to keep this losing streak going through the weekend, which is always so hard for me.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was worried because my family is coming from out of town and we're celebrating my nephew's birthday... 2 meals out and cupcakes... BUT I just planned out my meals for today and tomorrow and I can eat exactly what I want and not go too out of control on calories as long as I stick to the plan. Feeling positive!
