Feeling good today… got in a good run last night, and my running stamina has greatly improved over the past couple weeks since I became more diligent. I’m consistently running 2.5 miles in 25 minutes which I find amazing since I never ran more than a mile in my life up until about a year ago.

I can tell that my weight loss today was from losing water weight that I’ve been carrying around the past couple weeks, so hopefully this means that my weight loss plateau is over! I’ve been on some medication the past couple months that I’m finally going off of, and water retention was one of the side effects so I’m hoping that things will improve from now on.

I have a busy weekend planned, hopefully I can keep the calories in check because one of the events is a beer festival on Saturday. Trying to be proactive and plan low calorie meals for the weekend and get a run in Saturday morning as well so I can go relatively guilt free. Sunday will be tempting because of football season, but hopefully since I will be bad on Saturday I will be less tempted to stray from the plan on Sunday.
