TGIF! It's been a long week and I can't wait to get things back in order this weekend. Catch up on sleep is number 1 on my list. Clean the house is nubmer 2. It's a disaster and clutter stresses me out.

The scale is not my friend this week. Definitely holding onto some water weight so hoping it will go down after this weekend. My boyfriend will be out of town which means I'll be much better about being good this weekend with my eating. He definitely encourages bad behavior! Didn't get my run in last night due to the weather, so it's planned for tonight instead.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My hubby leaves once a month for a week for work...I hate that he's gone, but I totally eat better...don't worry about that water weight, just add some more water/watery foods and poof, it'll disappear!
