ok, up a little but not to bad. just got to hit is hard this week. I did have a few drinks and ate at the awarded best pizza place in Missouri. I had found a 1/2 off deal and had to go. It was amazing. after eating there it will be easy to pass up any random pizza place in the future. I cooked healthy over the weekend not cheating much at all. Except had pasta salad at the pig roast and a few chips/salsa at a bbq. other than that I was good with my eating. no sugar treats so I was supper proud of that (that is my weakness) Well those girly drinks I like have plenty of sugar. Ok so after proof reading here maybe I didn't do great but definitely much better than I could have been. I really think it was the drinks that did it. I will do better. I knew this weekend at the lake was going to be hard. in a boat most of the day and anchored out with our friends on there house boats all evening and most of night. lots of good food and drinks. snacks and coolers everywhere. as a buddy on fs told me... look at this weekend as a reward. :) that I did. and tried not to be to bad but a couple of treats does the heart good.
