Allergies are kicking my but. Very congested and I have low energy. I dragged myself out of bed today. The scale went up .4 lbs but not too worried. Still happy that I kept below my RDI yesterday. Will drink low calorie liquids today so my body can focus on recovery vs digestion. I plan on working out tonight right before my dinner.

I think that is because you care cutting back on carbs, it is called "carb flu" You should be alright within the next two days. Drink lots of fluids and don't let your sodium fall too low. You will get through this and you will have a burst of energy too.

Thanks. Can of seltzer, coffee, tea and 8 oz of water with Essence C vitamin supplement down. Green tea underway.
