I don't know if my previous weigh-in was a fluke (it seemed too fast). I'm not sure if I'm recording some of my water bloat I generally experience before my period. But I did misbehave over the past couple days, so it's no surprise my weight went up. I got a slice of cheesecake on National Cheesecake Day, and even though I split it up over 3 days (half one day and a quarter the other two days), it was still a ton of calories, sugar, and fat. I also had a burrito after a few drinks at a party. Yet again, I split it between two meals, but it was still outside of my diet plan, and it was lots of carbs, fat, and calories for which I had not allotted. Anywho, I'm sure my mom and sister will be tougher on me to avoid such decadence, since they are on Paleo at the moment. And I can hopefully get even more cardio.
